The Southern Morons Repeal Mask Mandates

So why do you think Gregg Abbott and Potater Reeves repealed the masks mandates in Texas and Mississippi?

I saw a lot of other potatriots coming up with a lot of reasons that have to do with ‘freedom’ and ‘Rona don’t do nothing no ways’ over on the Fox page.

Clearly their concern is not with the people who will die in their states. Hell all four variants are tracking up in Texas. Over in Mississippi, they have so many water-main breaks that there are towns in Mississippi that haven’t had water in over two weeks. Texas news is flooded with stories of people trying to get back to normal after some people froze to death down there.

It’s almost like Potater and Greg are in a hurry to change the news cycle in their states ain’t it?

Well there is one other thing to also think about here, who is more affected by the coronavirus? And what’s even more telling in my not-so-humble opinion is what color are those people? Hmmm. It’s almost like we can figure this out and stuff. It’s right on the tip of my tongue. What could be the motivation for this sudden reversal of the mask mandate?

Oh yeah, it’s racism. If people of color disproportionately die from COVID then that means there’s less people voting for Democrats. And who are the people who are going to have to go back to work…
